Basler Vision Technologies, a member of the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program, has received Lenel factory certification for Basler's IP Camera interface to Lenel's OnGuard video management software. All Basler IP Cameras with day/night functionality and all camera models with a fixed dome housing have been integrated into Lenel's OnGuard software. Among the supported camera functionalities are an area of interest feature and the ability to use multi-streaming and dual encoding with an H.264 and a simultaneous MJPEG stream. Basler's IP camera is the first network camera featuring H.264 compression that has been certified through the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program. "We are delighted to have received certification from one of the world's leading video management software providers," commented Hardy Mehl, Director of IP Business at Basler Vision Technologies. "Both Basler and Lenel have a reputation for providing outstanding product quality, and our customers can now benefit from a premium security solution." “Basler has completed required factory testing at Lenel to validate the functionality of its interface to OnGuard.
