Tuesday, 20 December 2011 14:59

Lantern Software and Systems specialises in providing integrated business solutions that focus on combining disparate networks, physical security and business management systems to meet objectives such as increasing operational efficiency and reducing on-going costs. IPSecurityCenter Physical Security Integration Management (PSIM) from CNL Software will enhance Lantern’s range of solutions by providing a software based integration and management platform that brings together all existing systems under a centralised, compliant, command and control interface.

“The impact of the current global economy has resulted in organisations looking for ways to reduce costs, but increase security.  This has resulted in a significant increase in demand for our PSIM solutions from police forces, governments and critical infrastructure in the Middle East. As a result CNL is continuing to strengthen its channel in the region, by partnering with solutions providers like Lantern”, says Ramon Grado, CNL Software’s Director Sales for the Middle East. “We look forward to working with Lantern on more projects, in the New Year”.

CNL Software’s a flagship project in Middle East is responsible for securing a significant proportion of the region’s oil. IPSecurityCenter integrates the entire physical security infrastructure including: access control, multivendor CCTV, perimeter detection, fire alarm inputs, IP based Intercom, sea and ground based radar detection & GIS/GPS tracking of vehicles & sea based vessels.
