CNL Software: Technology Agreement to create Solutions for Healthcare Providers |

CNL Software, a provider of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software, has entered into an agreement with the Global Healthcare Practice of Ingersoll Rand, a company active in the field of creating and sustaining safe and efficient environments. As part of the agreement, Ingersoll Rand will license a private-label version of CNL’s IPSecurityCenter, a software-based integration and management platform customized for the healthcare market. CNL will develop the customized solution allowing healthcare providers to connect and manage disparate building, security and business intelligence systems such as video surveillance, access control, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, asset management, incident reporting, enterprise resource planning, lighting and nurse call. Ingersoll Rand recently launched its Global Healthcare Practice, a group of experts operating across Ingersoll Rand’s Climate Solutions and Security Technologies sectors to advance the physical environment of healthcare facilities.
