Genie's new HD-SDI (High Definition Serial Digital Interface) cameras in 1.3 megapixel (720p) or 2.1 megapixel (1080p) resolutions deliver the benefits of high definition broadcast style video over coax in 16:9 wide screen format. HD-SDI enables the transmission of uncompressed digital video which is of greater quality than IP but uses the same installation method as analogue coaxial cable.
